HGC owner #679 - Paul has over 30 years of sales and marketing leadership within the Consumer Package Goods Industry;
managing local, corporate, and global sales teams. He has also been an entrepreneur, owning and
leading several local businesses.
Paul enjoys working with entrepreneurs and leadership teams as a teacher, facilitator, and coach,
helping them get more out of their business and work life, “Putting the fun back into dysfunctional”.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Speech Communication from the University of
Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management from the University
of Dallas.
He currently lives in downtown Hudson with his wife, Pamela and Rocky, their energetic Black Lab. They
have two grown daughters, Anna who lives in Kansas City MO, and Molly who lives in Adel, IA.
